Pile Burning Workshop

Employees from the Plumas County Fire Safe Council and University of California Cooperative Extension will be putting on a pile workshop on March 18th, 2023.

This workshop is intended for small-parcel landowners, those who manage a 1 to 5 acre
property, or anyone interested in learning more about small-parcel land management.

Topics Covered: Defensible space, pile construction, pile ignition, and why we burn piles.
